Educational Master Plan 2024 - 2034 Development

Taft College is in the process of developing its next ten-year Educational Master Plan (EMP) 2024-2034.  The EMP will serve as a roadmap for the College for the next decade.

To facilitate this process, the district has contracted with the Collaborative Brain Trust (CBT), a highly qualified consultant firm with extensive experience in educational master planning across dozens of colleges in California and across the nation.

The process will include collecting input from a wide range of voices, the CBT will be holding multiple meetings in February and April 2024. It is strongly encouraged for all to participate in these meetings and share thoughts and ideas. Campus-wide input is incredibly valuable, and we want to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to contribute to this important process.   More information will be forthcoming regarding meeting times.
