The Governing Board of the West Kern CCD (Taft College) is seeking an equity-minded, dynamic, collaborative, and innovative leader to serve as Superintendent/President. The Superintendent/President will be responsible for providing effective leadership and administrative management for all operational activities at the College and the District.

The West Kern CCD (Taft College) is a single-college district governed by a five-member Board of Trustees. Reporting directly to the Board of Trustees, the Superintendent/President serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the District and of the College itself. The Superintendent/President is responsible for assessing, planning, organizing, and evaluating the resources, programs, and services of the District to meet the educational needs of students and the community.
