Taft College is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive learning

We rely on community members to report concerning behavior, suspicious activity, or
safety hazards so the college can respond with care and connect individuals to appropriate
support, services, and resources. Reporting helps promote well-being, accountability,
and campus safety for everyone. You are not expected to handle concerns alone—support
is available. If you see something, say something, and report concerns using the forms
below.
Report Sexual Misconduct (Title IX)
Sexual Misconduct includes gender-based discrimination, sexual harassment, dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking behaviors.Report a Hazard
This form is used to notify the appropriate Taft College personnel of an existing safety hazard or safety concern.
Report Academic Dishonesty
Academic dishonesty is any type of cheating, plagiarism, fabrication or falsification of data/documents, deception of an instructor by providing false information for missing an exam or deadline, presenting content created by text-generative artificial intelligence (AI) software as your own works and or ideas.Report Student Conduct
The Student Conduct Report is provided to encourage faculty, staff, and students to report observed behavior that warrants concern for the safety of the campus or behavior that results in potential violations of the Student Code of Conduct.
