Leslie welcomed the committee members back.
- Approval of Minutes
The group approved the minutes by consensus for the meeting held 11/21/24.
The group agreed to not have the meeting materials in color due to cost.
- Student Survey Results Analytics (Krystal Allikas)
FA 2024 had a total enrollment of 3376.
The survey had a total of 40 questions.
The survey was sent out several times in December and early January before it closed.
Krystal stated she received a total of 424 responses.
Krystal presented PowerPoint slides showing a brief overview of the survey results to the 40 questions.
The survey was only conducted in English; suggested to conducted in English and Spanish.
The group suggested extending the survey period for November- February.
Krystal will place the results and the qualitative results in the shared SEMCOM drive.
The group asked to share the survey results of the past years to track changes.
Krystal will upload the surveys in the shared drive.
It was also suggested to send out a survey to students that drop out.

What data would be useful for enrollment planning? Krystal asked for feedback from the group on what information they would like to create for the dashboard for enrollment management. It was suggested to have information broken down by sections, divisions, or departments. It was also stated the number of sections per course needs to improve and priority registration also needs to be considered. The group asked if Degree Works or Banner could be opened up so students can declare their 2-year course plan to help with planning and scheduling. Tiffany stated we currently have students complete a 2-year education plan and currently divisions can get this information so they can build schedules based on 2-year educational plans in Degree Works. It was stated that students don’t always update their ed plans or fail classes thereby making the information not 100% accurate. Xiaohong will send on the Strategic Plan Data and the final draft of the Educational Master Plan for the committee to review. Krystal asked the group to send Xiaohong any suggestions on what they’d like to see available on the dashboard.
