Thank you for your interest in applying to the Taft College EOPS/CARE/NextUp & CalWORKs Programs. We are still accepting applications, but we are no longer processing EOPS applications for the Spring 2026 semester; however, we are still reviewing applications for the NextUp and CalWORKs Programs for the Spring 2026 term.  Any application submitted for EOPS will remain on file and processed for the Fall 2026 term. Four Steps to Apply to EOPS

  1. Apply for admissions to Taft College.
  2. Apply for and receive approval for the California College Promise Grant Application.
  3. Register as a full-time student.
  4. Complete the EOPS application below or pick up a paper copy from the EOPS office.
