Summer STEM

The Taft College Summer STEM Program is a unique opportunity where students can explore topics ranging from robotics and engineering to ecology and resource conservation. Within a theme, STEM participants are engaged in a combination of short discussions and lectures combined with a heavy dose of hands-on individual and group activities to enforce theory and application. Summer STEM allows students to explore areas of STEM during the time they are not in school. Hands-on activities may seem to be just for fun, but there’s lots of learning going on during this week!

Past activities have included chemistry, biology, 3D printing, circuits, water robotics and design.
