***PLEASE NOTE: This application cannot be submitted online. A completed hardcopy application and all supporting documents must be received in the Taft College Administration Office by 3:00 PM on March 30, 2012.***

| Each applicant should have the following: |
- Completed all prerequisites by December 31st
- All science coursework completed within the last 5 years
- A cumulative GPA of 2.50 or better in all college coursework
- Met program requirements in effect at the time of application
