WESTEC, a non-profit educational cooperative offering short and long-term industry training programs in a wide variety of subject areas such as energy, agriculture, safety, and corrections, seeks an Executive Director with proven experience in organization development and management; and/or business formation and development.

We seek an individual to continue the successful growth and development of this dynamic organization in conjunction with the Board of Directors and a stellar team of staff and instructors.

The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of five years of senior level management experience, and possess leadership skills that inspire teamwork and organizational competency.
