CalWORKs funds are for the purpose of assisting welfare recipient students and those in transition off of welfare to achieve long term self-sufficiency through coordinated student services offered at community colleges

How To Apply: Contact your local Human Services Department to apply for CalWORKs. Bring your Welfare-To Work (WTW) Plan or referral to the Taft College CalWORKs orientation. If you can not attend the orientation then you can schedule and appointment with a CalWORKs counselor. |
