	Welcome Veterans! My name is Juana Rangel-Escobedo, and I am the VA Certifying Official for Taft College. I am located in the Administration & Student Services building next to the Library. Taft College is an approved institution of higher learning and training facility for veterans applying for V.A. benefits. As a certifying official, I provide services to veterans and dependents of veterans who are eligible for the Montgomery GI Bill. These services include certification of enrollment for educational benefits, and development of an educational plan. Please familiarize yourself with the information links at the top.
