 Matt Cooper is a senior Math tutor at Taft College. Matt was born in Bakersfield and lived
in Taft for nine years before moving to McKittrick. He attended McKittrick
school and graduated Salutatorian of the 2005 class of Taft Union High
School. He is currently attending Taft College and the University of San
Diego (online) where he is majoring in premed. His hobbies include flying,
traveling, writing music, and going to the gym. |
Cooking Chinese food is her favorite passion and she also enjoys traveling. |

Wei Hill
is a
senior Math tutor at Taft College. She emigrated to the United States in
1992 from Xian, China and has since became a US citizen. She was a high
school teacher in China. She was an Education major at Xian University where
she received her Bachelors degree. She received her Associates degree from
Taft College in 2001, and in 2005 she received her Bachelor of Arts degree
from California State University Bakersfield in Liberal Studies with a
concentration in Mathematics. She has been a senior tutor at Taft College
since 2000. She loves helping students understand math.
