Linked is a transcript request form in pdf file format.
Please contact the high school you graduated from or the place of testing for GED, High School Proficiency, or High School Equivalency and any college(s) that you have previously attended to request the following information:
After you have received this information, fill out the transcript request form(s) and mail directly to the appropriate location(s) and include any necessary fee that may be required.
If you are a high school graduate or have received your GED, High School Proficiency, or Equivalency certificate and have previously completed 12 or more college units, please send a copy of your high school transcript, (it may be unofficial), a copy of your high school diploma, GED, High School Proficiency certificate, or High School Equivalency certificate to Taft College, Admissions Department.
If you are a high school graduate and have not completed at least 12 college units previously, please send an official copy of your high school transcript, GED, High School Proficiency, or High School Equivalency to Taft College, Admissions Department at the address listed below.
If you receive your high school transcript, college transcript, official certificate copy instead of Taft Colleges Admissions Department, please bring it un-opened to your first meeting with your counselor/advisor. If you have not received the transcript at that time then please present a copy of the request form to your counselor/advisor, showing that you have completed the necessary steps in order to obtain your transcript.
