Unit Changes in Variable Unit Courses

November 8 is the last date for a student to INCREASE his/her units in a variable unit course. 

November 20 is the last date for a student to DECREASE his/her units in a variable unit course.

Distance Learning Courses

Deadlines for distance learning courses follow the same schedule as traditional courses.  The date a drop slip is turned into the Counseling Center will be considered the last date of attendance.

Enrollment Fee and/or Textbook Rental Refunds

Application for refunds must be filed in the Business Office with the attached drop slip(s) prior to the first meeting of the second week of an 8-week course.  This must be done prior to the first meeting of the third week of a 16-week course.  Distance learning students who are unable to come to campus should contact the Business Office (661.763.7713) or the Counseling Center (661.763.7748) to process the appropriate paperwork.
