An evaluation of the Superintendent/President shall be conducted annually by
the Board as a whole during the Boards regularly scheduled August meeting.
Evaluation elements shall include:
A survey of Board members focusing on the
Superintendent/Presidents goals, general performance, and job
description.
A written self-evaluation prepared by the Superintendent/President.
A formal survey of faculty, administration and classified staff to
be administered every three years commencing in May 2004.
A formal survey of community leaders, mutually identified by the
Board President and the Superintendent/President, administered every
three years commencing in May 2004.
A review and revision (if necessary) of the current job
description.
Mutual identification of goals for the ensuing
academic year.
