The Board is committed to assessing its own performance as a board in order to identify its strengths and areas in which it may improve its functioning.

To that end, the Board will conduct a self-evaluation annually. The self-evaluation will be presented and discussed at a board session scheduled for that purpose. The results will be used to identify accomplishments in the past year and goals for the following year.
