Credit These classes are more academic, and they are skill-specific.

sequential steps for credit ESL classes.
ESL 71, Writing and Grammar I, (4 units) should be taken with
ESL 72, Reading and Vocabulary I, (3 units)
ESL 61, Writing and Grammar II, (4 units) should be taken with
ESL 62, Reading and Vocabulary II, (3 units)
ESL 51, Writing and Grammar III, (4 units) should be taken with
ESL 52, Reading and Vocabulary III, (3 units)
