In addition to standard fees (enrollment fee; non-resident tuition, if applicable; parking fee; and ASB fee) the Dental Hygiene Program requires additional expenditures during the two-year program. See the table below for an itemized listing. These figures are estimates and subject to change.

 

Note that approximately $5,140 will be required at the beginning of the first semester.

FEDERAL FINANCIAL AID PROGRAM

 

In order to be eligible for federal aid, students are required to enroll in a course of study leading to a degree or a certificate and maintain satisfactory academic progress. Financial Aid Applications and copies of Taft College's Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy are available in the Financial Aid Office located in the Counseling Center. Contact the Financial Aid Office at (661) 763-7762 if you have questions regarding your eligibility.

It is the goal of Taft College’s Financial Aid Office that no student be denied access to our quality educational programs because of a lack of funds. Help is available to students with a financial need from a number of sources including federal, state, and institutional to help pay expenses related to the achievement of your educational goal. Assistance may be available to you in the form of grants, study, and enrollment fee waivers. Scholarship opportunities are also available and vary from year to year.
