DENTAL HYGIENE ASSOCIATE DEGREE REQUIREMENTS CHECKLIST

FOR FALL 2009 PROGRAM APPLICANTS

 

Program Prerequisites: All prerequisites to the program must be completed with a minimum grade of “C”. In addition, all science courses (Anatomy, Biology, Chemistry and, Microbiology, and Physiology) must be completed 2002 or later in order to meet the seven year recency requirement.

Note: The following Associate Degree requirements are met based upon completion of Dental Hygiene Program Requirements: Major, Natural Science, Social and Behavioral Science, English Composition, and Communication and Analytical Thinking. Coursework completed at another institution must be equivalent to courses offered at Taft College. A Taft College Counselor/Advisor or the Academic Policies and Procedures Committee will determine equivalency.
