Biology 2370-40: Basic Nutrition

In this basic nutrition course students will learn fundamental principles of nutrition and their application to diets under normal conditions.

Assignments & Tests: Weekly Short Essays: Each week essay topics, based on weekly lectures, simple field assignments or assigned websites will be assigned for grade points. These essay questions will be found at the end of each lecture and will be due the Sunday of each week. While these essays may ask specific questions, I expect the papers to look like "college level" papers. Please do not use “text” language or short hand English. You will need to use proper English with correct spelling. If English is your second language, please have someone else proof-read your paper for grammar and sentence structure.

Exams: All exams will be accessed by any computer and will be timed to discourage open book and open notes.

Additional Comments: All assignments will be submitted online.
