ECE 14 Advanced Administration of Early Childhood Programs

This course is designed to meet an educational need for administrators and directors that is not covered in the administration course, Early Childhood Education 4. This course will attempt to include current personnel administration policies, keep a special focus on improving all aspects of instruction and update current personnel management procedures and demonstrate techniques for teacher-parent partnerships, with a sensitivity to cultural and special needs issues.

Prerequisite: ECE 4, Planning & Administering an ECE Program

Estimated Time Per Week: It is expected that you will spend between 4-6 hours in reviewing lecture notes, reading, and completing assignments.

Assignments & Tests : This course has 12 assignments and 2 exams.

Proctored Exams: There are no proctored exams required.
