MGMT 1540-40: Managing Organizational Change
This course (formerly MGMT 17) is a ½ -semester
credit course designed to provide the student with an understanding
of change and the influence it has on an organization and the
individuals in that organization. Topics will include understanding
organizational change, theoretical models of change, stages of
change, and how to manage organizational change.

strongly recommended; 8 hours of lecture, 7 assignments, 1 final
project

The instructor will be available on campus on Monday through
Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. unless in classroom,
or by appointment.

this course.
