To log in to Taft College\'s wireless network, enter your A Number for the User ID and your Password is your first initial capitalized followed by your last name initial and the last 6 numbers of your A Number.
Example: Student Tom Jones with an A Number of A0002005 would use A0002005 for the User ID and Tj002005 for Password.
Loan Deferment Requests: Call National Student Clearinghouse at 703.742.4200 choose option #3 and follow the instructions that they provide. (Students that has a confidentiality indicator on their Taft College records may not be eligible for this type of request.)
Option 2: Third party Internet Request (employers or background screening firms)
Student Records: Verification of Enrollment or Degree verification
Taft College uses the National Student Clearinghouse to provide Degree and Enrollment verification to third party recipients. If you are an employer or background screening firm requesting this information, please click on the link below to use this service.

Option 3: In Person or Mailed-in Requests
Regular Service: All requests received from Monday through Friday will be processed the following Thursday. If the pick-up option is requested, the verification will be available after 2:30pm on the processing day. The first two copies (lifetime) are FREE. Additional copies are $4.00 per copy thereafter.
Rush Service: Rush orders placed by 10am will be available for pick-up in 2 business days after 2:30pm on the processing day. Requests with attachments may take up to 4 business days to process. Rush orders are $8 in addition to the REGULAR SERVICE FEE per copy (Total $12.00 per copy).
You may come in person to fill out the request or print form Verification of Records complete, and mail to the Academic Records Office address listed on the form.
Request must include student’s signature.
Taft College does not accept faxed requests due to student confidentiality.
Verification will not be issued until all outstanding accounts with the college are paid.
ID is required if picking up a verification in person. (Note: Verification will not be released to a second party)
Please include appropriate fees.
Any orders requesting the pick-up option is held for 30 days from the date processed. If verification is not picked up within the 30 days, it will be shredded. (This refers to in person request only.)
We will not be able to verify WESTEC/Taft College certificates.
